Why I’m sorry I promoted Bluehost and Why I’m never using them for any of my affiliate marketing or passive businesses again

This was my 5th conversation with support in 30 days after they once again suspended my account due to their inability to remove an add on that they added as a “Free Trial” to my account which is now trying to charge me $100 extra. As I refuse to pay it and they are unable to remove the add on. They’ve now taken my hosting down. I apologies for surely being rude to the person in support and it’s not their fault, but this is infuriating that….read the chat.

DUE TO YOUR ISSUE MY SITES JUST WENT DOWN AGAIN BECAUSE MY CPANEL IS SUSPSENDED!!!! I’VE JUST SENT OUT 30,000 EMAILS FOR A SALE. PLEASE FIX NOW.

I have checked and could see that the case has been escalated to our admins. This will take around 24-48 hours for the case to reach our admins and for them to get this resolved. They will email you once the issue is resolved.

ok, the next emails are going out in 25 mins, I’m gonna have to change them to say the website we built is down due the Bluehost inability to resolve a billing issue after 30 days because otherwise, I look like an idiot sending traffic to an account suspended page and clients are calling about their websites now, need to tell them the same thing
