what a fantastic video. I was with Yola for a while and am now using WordPress. I hate the idea of using plugins for everything. I looked at some other cms's as well. I'd like to find a website builder that meets all my needs and is not too expensive. website builder has some features I need like custom menus for certain pages. I hope that by now their billing practices have improved!!

I use Websitebuilder. It was really, really easy to build my site, but it takes 6+ seconds to load the first time you visit it which like an eternity compared to most sites. I use Weebly for my other business site. It was much less intuitive to build but it loads almost instantly.

Well, i have been using them for like 8 months now for 12usd/year. So far no issue, great customer support. They even helped me to set the C-Panel which i subscribed in different hosting company through live chat/email.

The website is super-friendly, great thing is you can add and drop anything you like. I even asked them how to link the submit in "contact us" to directly send to our email (previously it just ask user to open microsoft outlook) and which they gave me special submit button to my site & it's working. Well, i hope everything will be good in the future 😀

Since this particular website builder doesn't have an export function, do you know of any that has that feature and will let me move it to iPage for hosting?

I just upgraded from a free site with this company for a small business. I'm very frustrated with customer service and the inability to get my credit card info off of the site. If I don't renew at the end of the year will I be able to keep my domain name? I understood that I owned it. I'm really new to this. I like the website, although it was a little difficult with no knowledge of website building at all.

    Warning:
website builder is junk. their instructions are all text and don't make any sense most of the time. I have been asking help to link pages to menu for a week. they told me to follow the page instructions, which I have read but without any success. I have the upgraded version.

guys i see allot of complains about this website support and hosting the best thing to do is to build the website from the free accaunt and then export your website and host in a diffrent place and that is the best options since most of drag and drop website need to pay more for hosting and if they only offer export to premium accaunt f*ck them you can use a software to export you website 😉 google is your friend and move the files to another host…

Hi Ryan, Thank you for this informative tutorial. You've  previewed a lot of tools that I could not find as I'm new to website builder.com. My head was spinning reviewing and checking out different features on websites builders. I chose Website builder.com and am pleased with it. I have a background in graphic design and in the past built my website from scratch. It took a lot of time, planning and effort. This time around I wanted an easier way to do this and website builder will be so helpful. Thank you again. Have a happy, creative day!

DO NOT BUY A SUBSCRIPTION FROM THIS WEBSITE

Website builder said they would charge me just 4$ dollars for one month but they've already been stealing money from my card. Its only been 2 weeks and they've charged me 20$ for absolutely nothing. I didn't get an email about it, a call about it, or any such notification. My credit card app on my phone just randomly notified me that I spent 12$ on something I never bought at website builder. This website is the biggest scam on the web and you're a fool if you invest in them.

Sorry but Websitebuilder.com is not a serious company.
Their drag and drop builder is GREAT, I must admit.
However, and a lot of other things must be observed too, not only the capabilities of the drag and drop builder.

    1. Their support service is the worst ever, practically non existent, because all they have are automated answers, and I have tested that. They probably have an algorithm and look for words in your question and give you an answer. I got exactly the same answer EXACTLY the same from different support members.
I paid a subscription and when I linked my domain to the free website, they linked ok. However, I can still reach my website on the browser through their free domain!!!!!!! I have written a dozen emails and no one solves my problem. I don't know what to do.

    2. Once you fill in your credit card information, you can't delete it anymore. I once clicked on a service they offer (in a small box). I thought I would go to the page with more detailed information about the service, but what happened? I just purchased the service with one click! Without being warned that by clicking on that box (it wasn't written purchase, buy, get or anything like that.)

    3. I wrote to billing department complaining I had bought by mistake and they said they wouldn't refund.
    4. When you buy a service, even if you choose only ONE MONTH, it is already on automatic renewal, and there is no option on control panel to turn off automatic renewal. You have to write an email to request, and then it doesn't show anywhere in your control panel what is and what is not on automatic renewal.

5.When you first you create a site, it is called: THENAMEYOUCHOOSE.my-free.website
    You build your site
    You buy a subscription/premium account
    You buy a domain

Then you link your …my-free.website to your domain name but what happens??? People can still reach your website through the ….my-free.website!!!!! That's what is happening to me and no one there seems to care to solve my problem. I wonder if that also happens to everyone else.

And once you become a costumer, don't worry, you'll find out other things. Like the free ads the offer that, according to other users that wrote on youtube, were not free after all.
Well, I'm open to comments and I will reply to all of them.

Hi Ryan. This is a great tutorial, thank you for your efforts. Just wondering, are the sites built with WebsiteBuilder mobile responsive? I can't seem to find any info on their help support page about this.
