You forgot the main fault of GoDaddy? Your clients can't use credit cards? Only bs PayPal and other flakey companies. Admit it! I am right !!! ???

I have been a GoDaddy customer for 17 years and I have always loved their customer service, Live person access over 16 of those years. This past year things changed drastically for me. The reason I loved GoDaddy customer service is that they call me to give me a heads-up when my domains are coming up, not to sell me more crap, but as a reminder of sale stuff. I tried their old website builder a few years back, but it totally sucked. That said this website builder was a total positive experience for my artist brain and I got to about 80% of what I wanted without much hands-on at all.
Now the other shoe drops, and GoDaddy adds a 3rd party website building entity to the GoDaddy empire and i'm assuming it is now a conflict of interest for the customer service department to hand hold you for basic problem solving. Don't get me wrong, their CS agents are still great at communication, IMHO, but they are less willing to go the extra mile without risking offending the contract of the new 3rd party, $2000 We'll-do-it-for-you service. GoDaddy has built an amazing group of CS agents, but it now seems like they have tied at least one hand behind their back for the purchasers of the old do-it-yourself program. Too bad for me, and many other artist, non-bithead users.

OK, I really like GoDaddy for a few really good reasons, but none more than I can speak to a HUMAN when I call them for support. That was until the last year. I am an artist, a photographer anyway, but the fact is I don't possess the manual reading or digital instruction gene is a real buzzkill. GoDaddy used to have a hand holding policy that really helped me get to 80% of what I wanted to accomplish. No more. Now they send me an email to links to try and muddle through in my weakness. You would think there would be some kind of service that I could PAY to help me finish, but NO. It seems that the GoDaddy powers that be only want to build the entire site for a moderately inflated price. Does anyone have a desire to help FOR PAY me finish my website builder site.

I've been using the site builder for a couple of years now for my business and have been pleased. My site loads fast and it's easy to manage and looks great. I can't make it do absolutely everything I want in every instance, but that's the tradeoff with easy design and maintenance. I do hate that in mobile, my blog categories appear at the top and you must scroll down to get to the first article. GD if you're reading this, please fix it. Otherwise all good stuff over here.

First video I have watched from you and I am impressed. I am trying to build a free 30 day Godaddy web site now so I am open to suggestions as I am struggling on my iPad. I was up sold and when I tried to pay with my checking it wouldn’t work ( phone ) and when I called my bank today they said it’s on GoDaddys end not my bank

Hi Christian, I'm a newb at anything internet related.
I've secured my domain with Namecheap with the premium DNR.
Now I'm looking at the least expensive way to have a landing page website for my farm. I've watched so many videos on free website builders. Came across Carrd, what's your impression on the Carrd builder? Not much out there on the subject. I enjoy watching your videos and went with Namecheap from you recommendation.

Hey Christian, Rob Ashby from GoDaddy. My group works on the digital bridges to the GoDaddy contact center. I love your channel and I've been watching your video with a great deal of interest. I think you found our pilot for Request a Callback that we're testing out right now. Would like to talk with you about that to get some additional feedback. I'll reach out to start a conversation. Our goal is to make this seamless and it sounds like there's more work to do. Eager to learn more!
