Can Non US Residents register in Mintable app? I saw in their terms and conditions that you need to be a US resident and above the age of 13?

My guy, on mintable gas fees are above 2000 dollars when even choosing slow transaction. Is there a better platform out there or what should I do? No one is going to buy like this.

Ok so today March 21 a woman posted in a NFT group that she went to buy a piece of art listed for $1, and at the final check out they wanted $2677 to process this transaction. Why would this happen. Do you have an explanation for this? That immediately made me not want to mint my artwork to their platform.
