kvCORE Lead Generation – Landing Pages vs. Squeeze Pages



In today’s video, I’m going to talk about kvCORE Lead Generation. Specifically the differences between landing pages and squeeze pages.

What is a landing page? Should I use that or a squeeze page? How does this compare with Facebook lead ads? If you are wondering the answer to these questions, then wonder no more!

I’ll cover the differences and how to put these different strategies to use.

Lead “lands” on a page and immediately decides to either register for your offer or not.

Squeeze Pages (Preferred)

Lead arrives on a page and receives some access before being “squeezed” into registering for more information.

Property Type (ie. pool)
Polygon (ie. area)
Single Listing
Video (ie. 5 Tips to selling at top dollar)

Two Options For Lead Generation

Register on Facebook

Harder to setup
Lower Cost Per Lead, typically
Integration of Zapier
Run ad on Facebook
Conversion takes place on Facebook, then directed to your targeted website page
Can be lower quality leads (intent)
More accurate information

Register on kvCORE website

Easier To Setup
Higher Cost Per Lead, typically
Simply run paid ad on Facebook or Google to your Landing or Squeeze Page
Conversion takes place on your website
Can run on Google PPC ads, which typically result in higher quality lead (intent)
Less accurate information

Squeeze Example (kvCORE)

1.) Run ad on Google / Facebook with “Best Homes in xyz zip code”.
Arrive on your kvCORE generated squeeze page.
See your list of properties
Click through a couple
Must register to continue browsing
Registration takes place on kvCORE so lead is automatically routed into your CRM. No Zapier needed.

Squeeze Examples (Facebook)

1.) Show Image and of an upcoming listing. Put zip code in ad copy.
Require them to message you or “sign up” for price, additional photos, and more info.
After sign up, Facebook sends them to the URL on your website with the information promised.
Need to setup Zapier to send the lead into your CRM.

2.) Screenshot a map of a list of properties (ie. pool homes).
Use this screenshot as your image for the Facebook ad.
Promise a list of “The hottest pool homes in xyz city”.
Upon registration Facebook sends them to the URL created with this dynamic list of properties.
Need to setup Zapier to send the lead into your CRM.

    Great vid! I have a question, I've been using exports from Cole realty resource and cold calling them. Then, as I speak with someone who might have an interest in doing something I put them in KvCore. I was thinking instead of doing that, using the KvCore bulk upload tool to just upload the however many thousands of people into my database, but I was concerned that it might be difficult to manage, and clutter up my database with people who have little to no interest in doing anything. Do you have any thoughts on best practices?

    Do you know why I can't share squeeze page link, landing page links or even just my website on facebook? It says it goes against their community standards.

    Well done. Got exactly the information I came for. Audio good. screenshots blurry, but that may be on my end. BUT, next time you say. "worst of both worlds," say it at the beginning of the sentence so I don't have to keep rewinding the video. Looking forward to more content as this one was better than one I paid for.

    Hi Kyle. Thanks for the very useful explanation of Landing vs Squeeze pages, and the best ways to use Squeeze pages. Great tip on not making a Facebook user fill out a Form in a Facebook Ad and then be directed to my website, only to have to fill in more info. In that case, now I know, use "never" in the Squeeze links. I am a Realtor® in Las Vegas with eXp and use KVCore, a powerful tool.
