[Investigation] Has AI Already Replaced Human Writers?
A tweet I published recently about Cnet.com, a large tech publication owned by Red Ventures, got quite a bit of press spotlight.

So much so that Cnet made a public statement this morning to explain the situation.
In a nutshell, a big site is, for the first time being open about the fact that they are using AI to help them generate content about mundane topics.
They still ensure it’s edited and fact-checked by a human (AI is notorious for making facts up), but they’re upfront about some of the content being machine-generated in the author byline.
