Hi Karin! when you find a keyword that has high volume and low competition, are you suggesting that that keyword be the title to the video?

The best trick that I liked in this video is how to bypass Dave Ramseys AKA go-to alternative keywords

Love the video. I am confused about something, Karin – does KE count every Google search you make towards your 100,000? Or do you have to run it on and off all the time, when you are just using Google to look something up? May seem like a rookie question …. because I am 🙂 Thanks for sharing good info.!

Will I get charged every time that I do a google search or youtube search? If so, how do I turn it on and off to only use it when I want to get key words?

hey Karin! I read your book and got keywords everywhere. Quick question, Can I blend several of these keyword phrases together in a sentence or is it better to let them stand alone, AND do I enter them into the description? or "meta Tags"? or in the title itself? Thanks again for all your great advice!

What if your search volume is very low or zero? I found some keyword phrases that are as low in volume as eight or nine, but if you use the keyword golden ratio, the competition is very low and it seems like it might be a good thing. I’m not sure.

Is there any way to see how many people are searching in my area? The question that I'm really asking is how to find home sellers in my neck of the woods. Thanks! Great stuff.

"Getting house ready to sell checklist" is a general search term – not city specific like "neighborhoods in (yourtown)". How does that translate to a a buyer lead in Chicago or wherever we are?
