I am new to MailChimp and trying to start my first mail campaign. I have a free account until I see how I like the platform. But when I went to choose audience, though I have an uploaded csv file, its not showing up for me to select from.

I did not understand this video at all. Too fast and too much toggling between icons. So confusing.

Spacing is always an issue. Irregular gaps vertically between blocks. I've never come across anything to adjust these spaces…is there please?

I cannot create a merge link for my referral badge (free account) There is no tutorial except for those guides which only tells me to add a referral badge to your campaign. How to overcome this problem. Should I only leave the codes or do I have to create a merge link like others.

Is mailchimp now allowing you to auto sync contacts from exchange server/outlook by tag/category please? It's very difficult to go back and edit every time we have new contact/prospect since we manage that in outlook..
