I actually own Nano Ledger S and X. Unfortunately, I don't use it since it is difficult and also worried that I may lose the 24 seed phrases, just like many others have.
We are dealing with our life savings, but there's no live help and you must take your questions to online for help, which I think is a joke.
I just leave my coins on different exchanges, which I think is safest at this moment.

Have you tried the D’Cent Wallet? It has great reviews and also has a credit card type feature if you choose, etc.

The fact that they call it airgap should make you cautious. The technology used is NFC which is a wireless communication method which has access to the internet. This Is Not AirGap! Air-gap is using the camera to read a QR Code like the Ellipal Titan. This card is bullshit to me. The Ledger Nano X is still the most versatile to use standalone. It’s not air-gapped but is secure. I con’s connect it to my ledger when I need to swap or trade

This is less secure than any cold storage wallet out there. Cannot be called cold storage if the seed is shown on your phone as that means at one point your seed was online. Big red flag and not good.

I Had high hopes for this card but sadly they have a sad small list of coins. Not having the ability to handle all erc20 tokens is a huge miss. Also not a fan on the biometric but at least it’s not a requirement, yet!

Good review, I would like a couple of more reasons why not to buy this wallet now.
    1. You can't protect the 12 word seed with an additional passphrase. This is a necessary feature to protect your seed should it fall into the wrong hands.
    2. You can't interface it with wallets such as metamask, Yoroi, etc. like you can a ledger-wallet and trezor. This is a must have feature with any crypto wallet especially with DeFi becoming more popular.
    3. It can only be used to store a handful of crypto-currencies..
So it falls way short of what a cold storage wallet should be today.

I’m glad I watched this because it does read like a great option. Look forward to the day when they work out the kinks.

The Arculus card is a new cryptocurrency cold wallet for your iPhone that secures your private keys. It does its job well but reeks of as-of-yet unfulfilled potential. The news is ripe with stories of novice users getting their crypto investments swindled away through inexperience or downright fraud.Jan 29, 2022

Doesn't look like a cold wallet to me, it is a hot wallet. In a real cold hardware wallet you enter or backup the mnemonic seed directly on the wallet, not on the phone. Here if the phone is compromised, thief can copy the seed backup when shown on the phone screen….

Bad Review, When Apple first phone came out I bought one, and if you remember, they got called back,,, they were overheating. I did not give up on them. I let them give me a new one. Apple has been #1 sense. But good luck Mr. Karen

Good stuff. I appreciate you sharing your findings. With crypto, storage and security, we need confidence not hope. Maybe they will get it worked out.

Good review – also, never trust a "wallet" that display the seed on your phone. This means the seed is on your phone at some point. Trezor, Ledger X, BitBox are superior options (the seed is only displayed on the device which is what it should be). Another thing about this device that concern me is that it doesn't require a battery – so how does it SIGN the transaction? If it's signing on the phone then it's not secure. Their site doesn't describe how that technology works, would not use it.

I think you gave up too soon! I have had mine since October of this year and it has worked from fine from the jump! I have a Samsung Note20 with the latest OS and I haven't had any issues! Sorry you had such a poor experience!

Wow…watching this video was exactly like your arculus experience. Feel hyped and excited and then let down. Had no info on how arculus actually works as a product. Just tell me upfront that arculus has compatibility problems so i can spend my extra 10mins elsewhere. Thanks.

I had to make about 7 attempts to set up my wallet. Even using the front of my phone rather than back. I actually think the front was what worked. The other thing I learned in my attempts was to be patient, and to not move the metal card at all, not even a jiggle. Phone connected and made it to 60% completion three times! Finally worked !

First of all thank you for sharing this information to us, and really sorry about your bad experience with Arculus, but sincerely i ordered mine and the set up process was very smooth without any complications and my device is also android 11. The only problem for now is; there are only 15 supported coins which could be a problem if you invest in multiple coins other than Bitcoin.

ATTENTION: If the seed phrase is shown on the app, which is on a connected device, this is NOT COLD storage
